  • This 6-week beginner course introduces contemporary dance basics, focusing on body awareness, flow and dynamics, and release Technique. Students will discover new ways of moving, experience a different quality of movement from ballet, and explore how to move with ease by using breath and momentum. No prior experience is needed – just bring your passion for learning and movement!

M.A BALLET Étude 4 & Elite 2 students above 12 years old are welcome to join!
