To ensure a positive experience for all, we kindly ask parents to adhere to the rules when borrowing and renting costumes. Your cooperation is greatly appreciated.
Rental Period:
The first day of rental includes the day of collection.
Please return within 7 days from the date of the event.
Late return of costumes / accessories will be chargeable of SGD$25 per costume per day.
Costume Rental Policy:
Costumes / Accessories should be returned in the same condition as when they were rented.
If items are not returned or are returned damaged, there will be a charge for the full replacement cost of the item.
Reasonable wear to the costume is to be expected and is acceptable. Damage is considered to have occurred by: tearing, burning, cutting, staining, excessive make-up stains, removal of buttons or other kinds of trimming. Articles which are lost or damaged by negligence while in your possession or by improper packing when returning, will be charged with the full replacement cost.
Costume rental excludes dry cleaning fee. If the items require additional cleaning there will be an additional charge. Please do not try to clean the item yourself.
Any alteration and/or removal of articles is at the sole discretion of M.A BALLET and prior to the stipulated date of collection. You are not allowed to engage 3rd party alteration companies to amend our costumes. The penalty of this will be the full replacement cost of the item.
Physical Discomfort:
M.A BALLET ensures all costumes go through dry cleaning before rental. We will not be responsible for any skin irritations, allergies or discomfort.
